Will I be charged just for asking?
No. Asking is free. The quote arrives in writing, and nothing is invoiced until you say yes to it.
How big can the files be?
Photos and notebook scans by email are fine. For a point cloud, send a download link — .e57, .rcp and .las files are all welcome, however many million dots they hold.
I don’t know which drawing set I need. Now what?
Say what the building department asked for, or just what you’re building. We’ll point you to the plan ($285), the plan with four elevations ($520), or the full as-built set ($1,085) — and tell you honestly when the smaller one will do.
Can I drop off paper drawings in person?
Yes, by appointment during phone hours at 12 Lindbergh Place. Call (347) 295-5501 first so someone is at the desk when you arrive.
